What we collect. When you book an inspection or contact us we collect your name, contact number, email address, and the address of the property to be inspected. During an inspection we record details and photographs of the property's structure.

Why we collect it. To arrange and carry out pest control services, issue inspection certificates required for property transfers, respond to your enquiries, and keep records we are legally required to keep as a registered pest control operator.

Who we share it with. Your information is shared only with the inspector assigned to your job and, where a certificate is required for a property transfer, with the parties to that transaction (e.g. your conveyancer). We do not sell or share your information for marketing.

How it's stored. Form submissions are delivered to our email and stored securely. We keep records only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
